Meat & Poultry Edition
On October 14th 2016, Nutrition Sc Co., Ltd. cooperated with Food Focus Thailand for Roadmap # 37: Meat & Poultry Edition which held at Muang Thong Thani. The objectives were to share knowledge in terms of food processing, quality control & assurance, research and development, marketing, regulation and standard of meat industry for creating business competitiveness and potential of meat industries in the future.
Herein, we also presented new products innovation which increased yield and improved texture in sausages, including ingredients that were able to improve yield in the production process of the marinated meat, Vegetarian cold cut and Low salt sausages.
