Nutrition SC Seminar : New Trend and Innovation in Processed Meat and Frozen Food Industry

Nutrition SC held a seminar and workshop under the topic “New Trend and Innovation in Processed Meat and Frozen Food Industry” on 8th December 2017.

 
 

     The main purpose of this seminar was to guide our
customers how to develop new products which can meet
consumers’ expectation in both domestic market
and export market.

 
         Food and Drink Trend 2018, Innovation in Processed Meat and Frozen Food, as well as Global Food Ingredient Trend ( Natural Color Usage , Salt and Sugar Reduction, etc.) were presented. The application workshop also help our customers understand how the innovative ingredients actually work in the product.
