ไฮโดรไลซ์คอลลาเจน หรือ คอลลาเจนเปปไทด์ ผลิตจากคอลลาเจนที่พบในส่วนของผิวหนังสัตว์ ด้วยกระบวนการไฮโดรไลซิส ทำให้ได้อนุภาคขนาดเล็กลง ส่งผลให้ร่างกายดูดซึมนำไปใช้ได้ดีขึ้น
